The 2024-25 Guide for the College-Bound Student-Athlete is now available! The guide is designed to assist you with understanding the NCAA, NCAA Eligibility Center registration and academic requirements, and how you can work toward your collegiate dreams.

Ask a Student-Athlete

Colorado Mesa University's Emma Meyers was born with fibular hemimelia, a congenital limb deficiency that limits the growth of the calf bone. Her leg was amputated below the knee when she was just a toddler, two months after being adopted from China. She started her triathlon journey in 2017 and has earned 10 podiums and three wins in World Triathlon events.

Meyers is set to be the first athlete with a disability to compete in varsity collegiate triathlon at the NCAA triathlon level and is making her Paralympic debut in Paris with Team USA!

At CMU, she plans to major in social work and aspires to work with non-profit organizations to advocate for people with disabilities by promoting healthy lifestyles and mental health. Click here to read more of her story.

NIL Assist

The NCAA recently launched NCAA NIL Assist, a platform designed to connect Division I student-athletes with potential service providers, facilitate disclosures of NIL activities, and provide insight into evolving trends with the NIL environment. The platform is available at nilassist.ncaa.org.

Labor Day Office Closure
