Register now to join the Eligibility Center staff for a webinar on the initial-eligibility requirements and process. Mark your calendars now for this live, interactive event! Reminder: Attestations Due Nov. 1

As a reminder, the 2023-24 attestation period officially opened Sept. 3. Members have until Nov. 1 to attest to whether or not they met membership requirements during the 2023-24 academic year.
In response to membership feedback, we have introduced a new Docusign option to ensure an efficient process. This new process now takes just two minutes to complete. More than 25% of members have not yet completed their attestation! Please take a few minutes to ensure your school meets this required deadline. For more information on the attestation process, review the attestation webpage.

NCAA Learning Opportunities for Members and Students

Registration Closes Nov. 8

Encourage your interested staff and student-athletes to apply for a variety of programs run by the NCAA’s leadership development team. These professional growth opportunities help build connections and cultivate skills for current or future career paths.

All the program application or nomination forms are available through the NCAA Program Hub. Registration is open until Nov. 8.
For more information about any of the programs, contact ldevelopment@ncaa.org.

Updated Transfer Guides Now Available

The NCAA's guides for Two-Year Transfers and Four-Year Transfers have been updated for the 2024-25 academic year. Each guide is specific for those student-athletes transferring from two- or four-year universities. Please share with any transfer recruits to ensure they are aware of the steps necessary to transfer and any potential impact on their eligibility once they get to your campus. If you have either guide saved on your system, be sure to replace the file with this year's version.
The documents are also available via the Membership Portal's Resources page. Watch for release of additional updated resources in the coming weeks!

Do you have current or former student-athletes looking for their NCAA ID? If so, encourage them to visit on.ncaa.com/FindMyID. Each student's NCAA ID is shown in the top-left corner of their account after login.

Enrollment Periods and IRL Reminders

As of Oct. 1, students initially enrolling in the winter/spring 2025 term can request final amateurism certification in their Eligibility Center account. Before making this request, students must verify their graduation and enrollment dates are accurate and make relevant updates to their sports participation questionnaire. As a reminder, students who have not submitted payment should submit their registration fee or indicate they’re eligible for a fee waiver and have their fee waiver eligibility approved by their high school contact.

We currently have over 1,200 eligible student-athletes who need to request final amateurism—is your recruit one of them? Share this quick video with your recruits and help avoid certification delays!

YouTube: How to Update Sports Participation Information

The Eligibility Center's YouTube channel is a great resource to answer questions you may have! This video walks through how a recruit can resolve an incomplete sports participation task in their account. Be sure to review all of our videos and follow the EC's channel!
