Seventh Semester TranscriptsFor your recruits who have finished their fall semester, now is the time to remind them to ask their counselors to upload their most recent transcripts to the Eligibility Center! Our certification staff is currently conducting preliminary evaluations for incoming students (Fall 2022 enrollees) with and without test scores on file. |

IRL RemindersKeep in mind that adding a recruit to your school's IRL early in the process allows Eligibility Center staff to make sure their account is moving through the process in a timely fashion for you. The sooner the student is on your IRL, the better for this process. When should you add a potential recruit to your school's IRL? Here's a few examples to consider:
-
If a coach is asking about a student, add them to your school's IRL.
-
If a PSA wants to take an official visit, add them to your school's IRL.
-
If you have a transfer student looking to become a walk-on, add them to your school's IRL.
|
|
| From the Eligibility Center's standpoint, there are no limits to the number of recruits you can activate on your school's IRL, so we encourage, the sooner the better. Remember, if you add a student-athlete to your IRL then later need to deactivate that recruit, you can easily do so within your school's account.

2021 Eligibility Center Membership Survey ResultsOur staff continues to review and learn from this year's annual Eligibility Center membership survey, which closed on December 10. We are always looking to improve on our interactions with you, our membership, and will use the survey comments to enhance the initial-eligibility experience during the coming year.
Overall, the survey responses were extremely positive. When asked to evaluate the Eligibility Center's overall performance over the past 12 months, 96% of respondents felt the EC staff met or exceeded expectations. |
|
| | When respondents were asked if they believe the Eligibility Center's performance had changed during the prior year, 52% responded with "somewhat improved" or "greatly improved." |
