Inside Perspective

We asked Jen Windmiller, assistant director for academics and compliance at Bethany (WV), a few questions.

What were the key takeaways from the SWA Program? We need to continue to educate those around us about the role and speak your goals into the universe.

As we celebrate Title IX’s 50th Anniversary, how has Title IX impacted you ?  Title IX has allowed me to see my future self as a player in the collegiate athletic world. I had female coaches who impacted me immensely through high school and college.  I also want to give a voice to those who do not have a seat at the table and make room at the table for others. Title IX has allowed me the opportunity to do just that.
