2026 NCAA Regional Rules Seminar

  • When: May 13–15 in Atlanta.

  • Note: At least once every three years, an active member school must be represented by at least one institutional staff member at the NCAA Regional Rules Seminar. Here are the 2026 DIII required schools.

  • Institutions can meet the requirement by attending in person or via the NCAA-provided live stream. Registering and viewing the seminar via live stream in 2026 will reset your attendance requirement.

2025 NCAA Financial Reporting

  • Financial reporting is due Jan. 15. Submit financial data or the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act Certificate of Completion via the Membership Financial Reporting System located within My Apps. For more information, contact Andrea Worlock.

  • Schools will be eligible to receive one funded training during the program now until Aug. 1, 2027.

Reminder: Catastrophic Injury Reporting

NCAA legislation requires member schools to report annually on all student-athlete fatalities, near fatalities and catastrophic injuries.

  • Schools must report a catastrophic event that occurred during this annual cycle and must report retroactively any catastrophic event that occurred since the legislation became effective Aug. 1, 2014, if that event has not been reported.

  • Report a fatality, near fatality or catastrophic injury here.
