2024 Graduates Recruit Requirements
Final High School Transcript/Proof of GraduationFor students graduating in spring 2024, please make sure high schools are uploading the student’s final high school transcript with proof of graduation once the student has completed high school. (High schools should continue uploading transcripts through the High School Portal whenever possible.) We also encourage high schools to upload preliminary transcripts for students who have just completed this academic year and are projected to graduate in spring 2025 or beyond.
Upon receipt of a final transcript (and assuming all other transcripts requested have been received and other assigned academic tasks have received responses), the account will be in line for final evaluation. To help identify which students still need their high schools to submit final transcripts with proof of graduation, please select the “EC has Received Final HS Transcript/Proof of Graduation” filter in the Search Student Details section in the Membership Portal. |

Requesting Final Amateurism Certification |
| As of April 1, students initially enrolling in the fall 2024 semester became eligible to request their final amateurism certification via their Eligibility Center account. Before making this request, fall 2024 enrollees must select the NCAA enrollment period that reflects initial full-time enrollment at their first NCAA Division I, II, or III school. |
Currently, over 121,000 eligible student-athletes have yet to request their final amateurism. How many are your recruits?
Please continue using the “Open Tasks Report – Action Required” report to identify accounts with the “Incomplete Sports Participation Response” task to determine if the student needs to update their sports participation questionnaire before requesting final amateurism certification. After making the request, make sure your students promptly respond to newly assigned tasks, including requests for academic records to assign graduation dates. |
Submission of Academic DocumentsAs a reminder, official academic records may be required for amateurism certifications. As of May 1, 2024, any official academic records required must be submitted via an approved channel for international students (or domestic with international sports participation). |
