Student-Athlete and Families Webinar

The Eligibility Center is hosting a separate webinar for college-bound student-athletes and their families on Sunday, September 17. Please share this message with your students and encourage them to attend this important event.

School Presentation Resources

When discussing options for students after graduation, many schools incorporate informational meetings about playing college sports during their school’s “College Nights” or other events throughout the year. The Eligibility Center can assist with these events.

Speaker Presentation Requests

To request assistance, begin by submitting our Presentation Inquiry Form. Be sure to provide us with as much detail as possible. We will respond to your request within five to 10 business days with next steps. The Eligibility Center can support your event in one of two ways:

1. Presentation Resources

Our prepared presentation resources empower counselors, coaches and other administrators to give a detailed presentation about meeting academic and amateurism requirements. This includes the version of the initial-eligibility PowerPoint presentation.
2. Speaker Presentations
Some schools invite speakers who are experts in college sports eligibility to assist with these presentations. Due to travel considerations and the volume and range of speaking requests received, the NCAA is unable to send staff members to most events. However, we may still be able to assist. If a counselor is not comfortable giving their own presentation and our staff is not available for an in-person or virtual presentation, we will do our best to connect them with an NCAA member school in their area with a compliance administrator available to present at their event. If a staff member at a local NCAA school is unavailable, we will work with the counselor to ensure access to available materials.

Update Your School's Contact List

If you’re listed as your school’s primary or secondary contact, you may log in to the High School Portal as a high school or district to access your Eligibility Center account. Once logged in to the High School Portal, you’ll be able to submit core-courses, upload student transcripts, respond to tasks and more, as shown in each section highlight below.
If you’re a new contact and need access to your high school or district account, but the current primary and secondary contacts are no longer employed at your school, complete the High School Contact Change Form. Note: The Eligibility Center recommends your school’s primary and secondary contacts should be individuals with access to curriculum and student records and have the bandwidth to have ongoing engagement with the Eligibility Center.

Upload Sixth Semester Transcripts

Visit the High School Portal to upload sixth semester transcripts for your senior student-athletes. If you have never uploaded a student-athlete's transcript, click here to learn how. If you have additional semesters included since the last upload, please continue to upload these transcripts now so that the Eligibility Center may complete preliminary reviews.

Suicide Prevention

September is Suicide Prevention Month. By eliminating the misunderstanding and stigma that prevent individuals from speaking up and getting support, the incidence of suicide can be reduced. Download this informational resource to learn more about how to help your student-athletes.
