We want your feedback! Please click here and take a few minutes to respond to our 2024 Eligibility Center Membership Survey. This annual survey provides the EC with valuable feedback and case-specific information, which we use for service and process improvements.

We especially encourage you to provide specific case examples, as we carefully analyze these to determine how to avoid future issues. Please take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey, which closes Nov. 24.

New Membership Advisory Group Announced

The Eligibility Center is proud to announce new members for the Division III Membership Advisory Group for the 2024-25 cycle. These individuals will serve a two-year tenure through 2026 and work with continuing members (whose tenure ends in 2025) to provide direction and feedback on Eligibility Center projects aimed at enhancing the amateurism certification experience.

Diane Gilbert — Senior Compliance Administrator/Senior Woman Administrator/Title IX Coordinator, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Jessica Purcell — Student-Athlete Affairs Administrator/Title IX Coordinator, Whittier College.
Lynne Dempsey — Senior Compliance Administrator/Senior Woman Administrator, Brandeis University.
Rachana Bhat — Senior Compliance Administrator/Senior Woman Administrator, Claremont McKenna — Harvey Mudd-Scripps Colleges.

Eligibility Center Holiday Office Closure

The Eligibility Center will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Wednesday, Nov. 27, through Friday, Nov. 29. During this time no business processes will be completed. For any emergencies, please email ecinfo@ncaa.org. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 2. Have a great Thanksgiving!
