Update Primary and Secondary Contacts
For Your School or District’s Eligibility Center Account |
Each school and district with an NCAA Eligibility Center account may have one primary and one secondary contact. These contacts may be responsible for managing the high school or district’s core-course list, uploading official transcripts, responding to academic requests for information via tasks, and/or reviewing fee waiver requests. Primary and secondary contacts should have access to curriculum and student records and the bandwidth for ongoing engagement with the Eligibility Center. |
| To find your school’s primary and secondary contacts, visit on.ncaa.com/CCL and search for your school by high school code/CEEB, state, city or school name. Names of the primary and secondary contacts are in the High School Summary section. |

Reminder: Update Your Core-Course ListThe new year is a great time to update your core-course list. A list that has not been updated recently could delay your graduating seniors' academic certifications or prevent them from meeting requirements. You may add courses, archive those no longer taught and change titles quickly and easily on the High School Portal. For more information on updating your core-course list, click here. |
Note: If you believe your list is accurate, please log in to the High School Portal to verify you have no updates. This will refresh your account in our system and let our team know your core-course list is up to date. |
Note: Please double check that you uploaded transcripts for any former students who have transferred out of your school. |
