Update Primary and Secondary Contacts

For Your School or District’s Eligibility Center Account

Each school and district with an NCAA Eligibility Center account may have one primary and one secondary contact. These contacts are typically responsible for managing the high school or district’s core-course list, uploading official transcripts, responding to academic requests for information via tasks, and/or reviewing fee waiver requests. Primary and secondary contacts should have access to curriculum and student records and the bandwidth for ongoing engagement with the Eligibility Center.
To find your school’s primary and secondary contacts, visit on.ncaa.com/CCL and search for your school by high school code/CEEB, state, city or school name. Names of the primary and secondary contacts are in the High School Summary section.
To determine if your school district has an NCAA district account and who the district’s primary and secondary contacts are, please contact customer service at 877-622-2321, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.
To learn how to update your school or district’s contacts, review the How to Reset Contact Information resource for high schools or districts.

Reminder: Update Core-Course Lists

Update your high school's core-course list by visiting the High School Portal. If you believe your high school's list is accurate, please log in to verify you have no updates. This will refresh your account and let our team know your high school's core-course list is correct.
Note: Submit the course title exactly as it appears on students’ transcripts, including designations with course titles indicating online programs, instructional format, etc., if applicable.

Reminder: Upload First Semester Transcripts

Visit the High School Portal to upload final transcripts with proof of graduation for any student-athletes graduating early. Also, please upload four-semester and six-semester transcripts so that the Eligibility Center may complete preliminary reviews for your other students.
