What Do Your Athletes Need?

The right Eligibility Center account is the first step toward recruiting!

For student-athletes wanting to play at an NCAA Division I, II or III school, knowing which Eligibility Center account type is right for them is a critical step in the recruiting process. The right Eligibility Center account is an important step in the process toward certification, which is required for your athlete to be eligible to practice, compete and receive athletics aid when recruited.
When your athletes register at eligibilitycenter.org, they have three account options. Which account they need depends on where they are in the recruiting process and which division they plan to attend, among other factors. Click here for more information on which account is the right one for your athletes.

Still unsure which account is right? Encourage your student-athletes to reach out to the Eligibility Center at 877-262-1492, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, if they have questions when creating an account.

Resource Reminder: Frequently Asked Questions

Receiving questions about the Eligibility Center's process that you can't answer? Visit the Eligibility Center's online FAQ for answers to many of the questions you or your student-athletes may have. This is also a great resource for questions parents, families or other advocates may send your way, including:
  • How long does it take for the Eligibility Center to receive my transcript?
  • I forgot the password to my Eligibility Center account; what should I do?
  • How can I check my eligibility status?
Feel free to share ncaa.org/studentfaq in your school or organization's website, emails, newsletters or other correspondence to your student-athletes/families.
