How to Request Final Amateurism Certification

Request Final Amateurism Beginning April 1

Remember, before requesting final amateurism certifications, your students must verify that their graduation and enrollment dates in their Eligibility Center Certification accounts are accurate. The enrollment date must reflect the term they plan to first enroll at any NCAA Division I or II school. Please review this resource for additional information on this process.

Uploading Transfer Student Transcripts

An official high school transcript is required from each high school a student attends. Even if a student no longer attends your high school, an official transcript is required by the Eligibility Center from your school. Additionally, if your high school received an official copy of a student's transcript when they transferred to your high school, you may upload that transcript through the High School Portal. However, please notify the Eligibility Center if you upload a transcript for another high school so that it can be coded correctly in the student’s account.

High School Survey

Your feedback is important to us! Our High School Survey is open now until Friday, May 13. Please take a few moments to complete the survey. We want to know more about your interactions with our staff and processes, as well as give you the opportunity to provide us with information on any difficult cases you had last year and what we can do to better assist you.

The football flyer, men's basketball flyer and women's basketball flyer have been updated. The most recent versions (dated March 2022) reflect the new NCAA Eligibility Center brand. Additionally, the interactivity of the Guide to International Academic Standards for Athletics Eligibility has been updated since the rebranded version was released in February. We recommend redownloading for an improved user experience.
