2023-24 Eligibility Center Resources

Two-Year and Four-Year Transfer Guides Available!

The NCAA's guides for Two-Year Transfers and Four-Year Transfers have been updated for the 2023-24 academic year. Each guide is specific for those student-athletes transferring from two- or four-year universities. Please share with any transfer recruits to ensure they are aware of the steps necessary to transfer and any potential impact on their eligibility once they get to your campus. If you have either guide saved on your system, be sure to replace the file with this year's version.

Midyear Enrollment Reminders
With the winter/spring term fast approaching, here are a few reminders for your midyear enrollees:
  • PSAs are required to select the enrollment period that reflects their initial term of full-time enrollment at any NCAA member school. Please make sure your initial enrollees, including those who are delaying enrollment until this term, incoming transfer students, and walk-ons have selected the correct term or direct them to update their enrollment period as needed.
  • Before requesting final amateurism certification, students should review and update their sports participation history. To locate accounts for students who have not entered any information about sports participation, you should use the “Open Tasks Report – Action Required” option in the Additional Reports section of the Membership Portal.
  • Be sure to activate recruits enrolling in the winter/spring 2024 term to your 2023-24 IRL.
  • Review and monitor the task list for each student and work with the student to make sure they are responding to open tasks as soon as possible.
  • If you need to confirm a recruit's date of initial enrollment, a matriculation letter may be required. To access the online matriculation letter, log in to the Membership Portal and click on the Resources tab. The Matriculation Form link is located in the Eligibility Center Forms section of the right-hand column. For more information on the matriculation letter, see the September newsletter.

Holiday Office Closure
