Use the reset password function on the My Apps login page below the login box and by to the next button, it will send a link to your email on file.

Not receiving the reset email?

Ensure you are entering the correct email for your My Apps account. If you are unsure of this, please check with your My Apps administrator.

Check your spam or junk folder, as these automated emails can be misplaced into these inboxes.

Add the email nobody@ncaa.org to your safe senders list, this can improve visibility of these emails.

If you are still not receiving these emails, see your My Apps administrator to have them manually update your password. You can still update it again once back into your account.

Not accepting the code you've received?

The most common cause of this is sending too many reset emails. Ensure you give your email at least two minutes to receive the most recent password reset, then make use of the most recently received email. Each new code requested will invalidate any previously sent codes.

Error received when sending the reset email?

You are attempting to reset the wrong email or your account is now inactive.

In either case, please see your My Apps administrator on campus to make adjustments to your account or confirm the email used.

Constantly needing to reset your password?

Once logged into My Apps, please click on the My Profile section located at the top right-hand corner, just below your name. Once you get there, you will have a few options, click the box to the right of "Change Password?" and the interface will then allow you to enter and confirm a new password.
