DIVERSITY & INCLUSION QUARTERLY UPDATE
FEBRUARY 2025

Inside Perspective

We asked Kevin Whittmon, a student-athlete at Carroll University, a few questions.

What was most memorable about participating in the Student Immersion Program? The opportunity to build meaningful connections—not just with my peers in the cohort but also with industry professionals and former student-athletes.

What have you enjoyed most about your student-athlete experience? My overall experience as a Division III student-athlete has been incredible. The friendships I have built, many of whom I now consider family, are at the heart of what made this journey so special.
