DIVERSITY & INCLUSION QUARTERLY UPDATE
FEBRUARY 2024

Inside Perspective

We asked Daniela Pilier, a student-athlete at Smith College and a recent participant in the Student Immersion Program, a few questions.

What did you learn from attending the NCAA Convention? It was a transformative journey that afforded me invaluable insights into collegiate athletics' governance and administration.

Would you recommend the Student Immersion Program?   Certainly!  This program provides a deep exploration of the sports industry. Participants in my cohort gained firsthand exposure to the collaborative endeavors of various committees, fostering a valuable perspective on the inner workings of the NCAA.
